The latest from Nine Lux finds the DMV artist meditating on the complicated and dangerous relationship he has with his mother over a menacing and piercing guitar riff. While perhaps a bit rough around the edges, it’s an interesting and intimate look into the artist’s family life.

“Mama Wouldn’t Like That” is the third 2019 release from Nine Lux following the singles “Ride” and “Karma”. His debut album Phases was released in 2018.
